The color was quite vibrant, and the hair itself felt very soft. My order came in a timely manner, well-packaged, and with a hair net, which was nice!
I do have a few issues, though maybe I received the wrong wig. It didn't look much like the main picture used on the listing (much more crimped than loose wave), and came much shorter--above my chin! You could also see the wig lining through the hair. Somehow it was incredibly puffy but also spotty. This could be fixed by wearing a hat though.
Lastly, I'll be donating this wig because it certainly does not fit my head haha-- so be warned about that if you have a bigger head or more hair (for reference, my head's circumference is ~23.5 inches, and I have fine/thin shoulder-length hair).
